12 x 3 x 18 in Merchandise Bag

These high-density polyethylene bags measure 12 inches wide by 3 inches deep by 18 inches high with a usable height of 14 inches. The .7 mil thickness and gusseted bottom provide structure for retail packaging. They arrive flat-packed in quantities of 500.

Capacity and headroom

The gusseted design expands to the full 3-inch depth so items sit upright without stressing the die-cut handles. At .7 mil the film resists tearing for typical merchandise but will not support heavy or sharp-edged loads. Each pack supplies 500 bags for high-volume checkout lines.

Questions about this item

Will these 12x3x18in bags fit on the same dispenser rack we use for our current 12in wide bags?

The bags are 12 inches wide and are not compatible with bag dispensers according to the specifications, so they will not work on a dispenser rack.

How can I confirm the bags meet the stated 0.7 mil thickness after opening the pack?

The thickness is specified as 0.7 mil high-density polyethylene; you can verify this by measuring a sample with a calibrated micrometer or by checking the manufacturer's quality documentation.

Does the flat pack of 500 bags include any dispenser hardware or must that be purchased separately?

The package contains 500 flat-packed merchandise bags only; no dispenser hardware is included and the bags are not compatible with bag dispensers.
