Zyvpee BFB1012VH R1371 12V 2.7A Server Accessory

This Zyvpee BFB1012VH R1371 is a 12V 2.7A DC blower designed as a server accessory for the Dell PowerEdge 750. It uses a centrifugal cooling fan with a 2 Ball bearing for reliable airflow. The unit is supplied new in black without LED lighting. It serves as a direct replacement for the Delta BFB1012VH R1371 part.

Practical limits of the 12V 2.7A blower interface

The blower operates strictly at 12 volts and draws 2.7 amps, so the host system must provide that exact power delivery. Its centrifugal design moves air through a focused outlet rather than dispersing it broadly like an axial fan. Compatibility is confirmed for the Dell PowerEdge 750; other platforms may have different mounting or connector requirements.

Installation notes and common issues

Installation involves seating the blower into the designated cooling group bay and securing the power connector. The 2 Ball bearing reduces friction but still requires a clean environment to avoid premature wear. Verify that the physical dimensions and connector pinout match the original Delta unit before fitting. Buyers who need a different voltage, airflow pattern or form factor should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Is the BFB1012VH R1371 the correct version for a Dell PowerEdge 750?

Yes, the BFB1012VH R1371 is listed as a direct match for the Dell PowerEdge 750, so it is the version to select for that server.

What does the 12V 2.7A rating mean for daily operation in the server?

The fan draws 2.7 amps at 12 volts, delivering strong centrifugal airflow to keep the PowerEdge 750 chassis cool under load.

What interface does the blower use and what does that limit in practice?

It connects via a standard 12 V DC power header, so the motherboard header must supply at least 2.7 A; otherwise the blower will not reach full speed.
