Abbott Label 4x6 Thermal Transfer Labels Perforated Removable 1000/roll 4 rolls

General-use thermal transfer labels

These perforated paper labels arrive in four rolls of one thousand each, giving four thousand labels per carton. The removable adhesive is designed for general-purpose applications where labels must be peeled cleanly without residue. Each roll uses a three-inch core and an eight-inch outer diameter for compatibility with standard thermal transfer printers.

Removable adhesive performance

The adhesive activates at a minimum application temperature of 30degF and remains functional across a service range of minus 65degF to 200degF. This wide window means labels stay attached during cold storage or warm transit yet release cleanly when removal is needed. Perforations between every label support reliable dispensing and tear-off during sustained print runs.

Thermal transfer interface limits

Printing requires a thermal transfer ribbon matched to the forty-pound basis-weight paper stock. The horizontal perforation repeats every six and one-eighth inches, fixing the label pitch and limiting layout flexibility to that repeat. Rolls with an eight-inch outer diameter and three-inch core fit printers that accept those dimensions; larger or smaller cores will not load.
