Letter-size hanging folders for office filing

This 25-pack of Amazon Basics AMZ100 folders fits 8.5 x 11 inch documents and suits offices, home studies or classrooms that need basic paper organisation. The green colour helps with visual sorting by project or department. Each folder is made from paper stock with a scored bottom that expands as contents grow. Buyers who need legal-size capacity or heavy-duty plastic construction should look elsewhere.

1/5-cut adjustable tabs for custom labelling

Every folder includes clear plastic tabs and removable paper inserts that slide into five pre-cut positions across the top edge. This lets users create staggered or aligned labels without buying separate tab sets. The tabs stay in place during daily handling but can be repositioned when filing categories change. The system works with standard hanging rails found in most vertical file cabinets.

Coated rod tips reduce drawer friction

The metal hanging rods feature coated tips designed to glide smoothly on cabinet rails during frequent opening and closing. Sturdy paper stock resists tearing under normal letter-size loads while the expandable bottom accommodates thicker files. At roughly three pounds for the full pack, the set adds minimal weight to a drawer. No power, noise or thermal considerations apply to this passive paper product.

Questions about this item

How many letter-size documents can the 25-pack hold in a standard drawer?

Each of the 25 folders expands at the scored bottom, so the pack handles a full drawer of 8.5 x 11-inch pages without overcrowding.

Do the 1/5-cut tabs work with any hanging-rail system?

Yes, the coated rod tips glide on standard letter-size rails, and the adjustable clear tabs with paper inserts fit the 1/5-cut slots supplied.

What drawer depth is needed for the 11.8-inch folder length?

The folders measure 11.8 inches long, so a drawer with at least 12 inches of usable depth will accommodate them fully.
