Two-pack USB-C audio adapter

This two-pack supplies a spare or a second desk dongle so a wired headset is always to hand. Each adapter plugs a 3.5 mm plug into a USB-C port on phones, tablets or laptops. The right-angle body keeps the cable clear whether the device sits upright or flat. Maximum case thickness is 3 mm.

DAC and sampling performance

A built-in DAC converts digital streams to analogue at up to 16-bit/48 kHz for stereo playback with low loss. TRS and TRRS headsets are supported for music, calls and in-line remote functions. Single-pole microphones such as Rode models will not work.

Thermals and power draw

The adapter draws power directly from the host USB-C port and runs without a fan or heatsink. No measurable heat is produced during music playback or calls. Noise is limited to the analogue output stage and remains inaudible in normal use.

Questions about this item

Will the right-angle USB-C plug clear a 3 mm thick case on my iPhone 15 Pro?

Yes, the adapter is designed for cases up to 3 mm thick so the right-angle connector seats fully without removing the cover.

How can I confirm the DAC is delivering 16-bit/48 kHz audio after I plug it in?

Play a high-resolution track and check your device’s audio output settings; they will show 16-bit/48 kHz when the adapter’s DAC is active.

Does the two-pack include any extra cables or do I need to supply my own 3.5 mm headphones?

The pack contains only the two right-angle USB-C to 3.5 mm adapters; you provide the headphones or auxiliary cable yourself.
