Older analogue DVRs cannot use the 80 megabits per second incoming bandwidth that this NVR provides for high-resolution streams. 1 TB Storage and 8 TB Headroom

The included 1 TB drive comfortably handles several days of continuous 4K recording across four cameras using H.265+ encoding. The single SATA bay accepts drives up to 8 TB, giving ample headroom for longer retention or additional cameras. Playback supports one stream at 12 megapixels, three streams at 4 megapixels or six streams at 1080p. The NVR decodes H.264 and H.265 formats and outputs 4K video over HDMI.
