10-metre fibre-optic DisplayPort 1.4 cable
This 10-metre fibre-optic cable carries DisplayPort 1.4 signals up to 32.4 Gbps between a PC or laptop and a monitor, projector or HDTV. The hybrid copper-and-fibre construction maintains full bandwidth over the full 10-metre run without the signal loss typical of passive copper at this length.
8K 60 Hz and 4K 240 Hz headroom
The link supports 7680×3840 at 60 Hz, 3840×2160 at up to 240 Hz and 3440×1440 at 60 Hz with HBR3 and DSC 1.2 compression. At 8K 60 Hz the 32.4 Gbps ceiling is fully used, so higher refresh rates at that resolution are not possible; 4K 144 Hz or 240 Hz operation leaves bandwidth headroom for HDR10 metadata.
Male-to-male 20-pin connectors for in-wall runs
Each end terminates in a standard 20-pin male DisplayPort plug, allowing direct connection to graphics cards and display inputs without adapters. The slim fibre-optic jacket suits in-wall installation, while the tinned-copper auxiliary conductors carry the auxiliary channel and power for plug-and-play operation.

Questions about this item
Will the 10m fiber-optic DisplayPort 1.4 cable drive an older 4K 60Hz monitor from a current graphics card?
Yes — the cable carries the full 32.4Gbps HBR3 link, so any DisplayPort 1.4 or earlier source will negotiate the monitor's native 4K 60Hz mode without signal loss.
How can I verify the cable is delivering 8K 60Hz or 4K 144Hz after installation?
Open the GPU control panel or monitor OSD and confirm the active resolution reads 7680x3840 at 60Hz or 3840x2160 at 144Hz with HDR10 enabled.
Does the package include only the male-to-male DisplayPort 20-pin cable or are adapters supplied?
The box contains the 10m fiber-optic cable with 20-pin male connectors on both ends; no adapters or extra accessories are included.
