Magic Keyboard for 11-inch iPad Pro and iPad Air

The Apple Magic Keyboard model 3085 is a new accessory designed for the 11-inch iPad Pro and iPad Air. It attaches magnetically with a floating cantilever design that allows smooth adjustment of the viewing angle. A built-in trackpad supports cursor control in iPadOS and the keys are backlit. A USB-C port provides passthrough charging while the iPad is docked.

Who this suits and who should look elsewhere

This keyboard suits owners of a compatible 11-inch iPad who want a protective case with integrated typing and trackpad input. Buyers using a different iPad size or model cannot attach this keyboard magnetically and should look for a matching accessory. Users who prefer a separate stand and keyboard or who do not need a trackpad may choose a simpler cover.

Model 3085 compatibility

The decisive specification is the model number 3085, which identifies this Magic Keyboard for the 11-inch iPad Pro 3rd generation and iPad Air 4th generation. Verify your iPad model before purchase to ensure magnetic attachment and full feature support.
