Questions about this item

What PCIe version does the 1 TB NVMe SSD use, and what throughput does that cap in practice?

The drive runs on PCIe 4.0 x4, so sequential reads top out around 7 GB/s and writes near 5 GB/s in real workloads.

What are the exact chassis dimensions and weight so I can confirm it fits my bag and desk mount?

The laptop measures 13.94 by 10.55 by 0.90 to 1.21 inches and weighs 6.02 lbs, so check your sleeve and VESA tray against those figures.

How is the 96 GB DDR5 memory installed, and what step do builders often miss?

It ships as two 48 GB sticks in dual-channel slots; the common mistake is leaving one slot empty or mixing speeds, which drops the kit to single-channel.
