White Helios GX601 gaming desktop

This ASUS ROG Strix Helios GX601 White system is a pre-built gaming desktop PC powered by an Intel Core Ultra 7 265KF 20-core processor running at 5.4GHz. It includes an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 graphics card with 16GB GDDR7 memory, 32GB DDR5 RAM, a 4TB NVMe SSD and a 2TB SATA III HDD. A 360mm liquid cooler and 1000W power supply support the high-performance components. Windows 11 Home is installed.

Suits 4K gamers not compact builders

This desktop suits players who want a ready-to-game machine for 4K resolution and virtual reality titles without assembling parts. The liquid-cooled 20-core CPU and RTX 5080 GPU handle modern AAA workloads. Buyers needing a small-form-factor chassis for limited desk space or frequent transport should look elsewhere because this is a full-size tower. Component brands may vary across the build.

16GB GDDR7 VRAM on RTX 5080

The single specification that decides fit is the graphics card memory: 16GB GDDR7 on the GeForce RTX 5080. This VRAM capacity determines texture quality and frame-buffer headroom at 4K and high refresh rates. If your target titles or professional applications require more video memory than 16GB, this configuration will not meet that requirement. No other single figure in the spec list gates suitability as directly.

Questions about this item

Will the 360 mm liquid cooler fit inside the ROG Strix Helios GX601 case without modification?

The 360 mm liquid cooler is pre-installed in the ROG Strix Helios GX601 chassis, so no additional clearance checks or modifications are required.

How is the 360 mm liquid cooler installed on the Intel Core Ultra 7 265KF, and what step do builders often miss?

The cooler mounts to the LGA 1851 socket with the supplied bracket; the step often missed is removing the protective film from the cold-plate before securing the pump block.

What maintenance will the 360 mm liquid cooler and 1000 W power supply need after a few years of use?

The sealed 360 mm liquid cooler requires no refill; dust the radiator fins annually, and clean the power supply intake filter every six to twelve months.
