Ready-to-play desktop

This ASUS ROG Strix Helios GX601 White system arrives assembled, liquid cooled and loaded with Windows 11 Home. It targets gamers and creators who want high frame rates and fast multitasking without building from parts. The 8-core Ryzen 7 9700X at 3.8GHz and the Dhahab GeForce RTX 5080 with 16GB GDDR7 drive demanding titles and workloads. VR-ready certification means headset experiences work out of the box.

360mm liquid cooler keeps thermals in check

A 360mm all-in-one cooler handles the CPU while the GPU uses its own thermal solution, so the chassis stays quiet under sustained loads. The included 1000W power supply feeds both processors and all storage without strain. Component brands may vary, but the cooling layout is designed for stable operation during long sessions. Noise remains low enough for a typical desk environment.

4TB NVMe plus 2TB HDD covers capacity and speed

The 4TB NVMe SSD holds the OS, games and active projects with quick access, while the 2TB SATA III HDD adds bulk storage for media and backups. Four DDR5 slots are fully populated with 128GB, leaving no room for memory upgrades without replacing modules. The AM5 socket supports future Ryzen 9000 series processors when a CPU refresh is desired. WiFi and RGB lighting are integrated for connectivity and aesthetics.

Questions about this item

How do I install the 360mm liquid cooler on the AM5 socket, and what step do people often get wrong?

The cooler mounts directly to the AM5 socket backplate; the step most people miss is tightening the four corner screws in a diagonal pattern so the cold plate seats evenly on the Ryzen 7 9700X heat spreader.

What maintenance will the 360mm liquid cooler and 1000W power supply need later?

Check the 360mm radiator fins for dust every six months and verify pump noise stays low; the 1000W supply has no user-serviceable parts, so only keep its intake filter clean.

What limit appears first when the RTX 5080 16GB GDDR7 runs sustained heavy loads?

The 16GB GDDR7 frame buffer fills before the GPU core hits its thermal ceiling, so texture-heavy 4K workloads will throttle once VRAM is exhausted.
