Built for competitive gaming

The ASUS ROG Strix Helios GX601 White is a liquid-cooled desktop built around the AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D 16-core processor running at 4.7 GHz and the AMD Radeon RX 9070 graphics card with 16 GB GDDR6 memory. It ships with 64 GB DDR5 RAM, a 2 TB NVMe SSD plus a 2 TB SATA III HDD, and Windows 11 Home pre-installed. The 360 mm liquid cooler and 750 W power supply support sustained high loads.

Ready to play out of the box

The system arrives fully assembled, tested and configured so there is no hardware installation required. Component brands may vary between units, which means internal layout or cable routing can differ from product images. Buyers should verify the BIOS version on first boot and ensure the liquid cooler pump is reported as running before heavy workloads.

Suits high-refresh 1440p and 4K gamers

This configuration targets players who want strong frame rates in modern titles at high resolutions without building a custom loop. Buyers who need more than 64 GB of memory or additional internal drive bays should look at a different platform. Users requiring a specific GPU vendor feature set not present on the Radeon RX 9070 should consider alternative graphics options.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the 360 mm liquid cooler is keeping the Ryzen 7 9800X3D at safe temperatures after setup?

Enter the BIOS or use ASUS Armoury Crate to monitor the CPU temperature under load; the 360 mm liquid cooler should maintain the 16-core processor well within its thermal limits during gaming.

What components are included in the box and what must I purchase separately?

The system ships fully assembled with the Ryzen 7 9800X3D, Radeon RX 9070 16 GB GDDR6, 64 GB DDR5, 2 TB NVMe SSD, 2 TB SATA III HDD, 750 W power supply, Windows 11 Home, Wi-Fi, RGB lighting and the 360 mm liquid cooler — only a monitor, keyboard and mouse are needed.

Which configuration should I choose if I want the 16-core Ryzen 7 9800X3D with 64 GB DDR5 and dual 2 TB storage?

This single GX601 White model already pairs the 4.7 GHz 16-core CPU, Radeon RX 9070, 64 GB DDR5, 2 TB NVMe plus 2 TB HDD and 750 W PSU, so no further version selection is required.
