ASUS ROG Strix Helios GX601 White Gaming Desktop

This ASUS ROG Strix Helios GX601 White is a complete gaming desktop PC built around an AMD Ryzen 9 9900X processor and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti graphics. It arrives with Windows 11 Home installed, 64GB DDR5 memory, and a 360mm liquid cooler for sustained thermal performance. The system is tested and ready to play out of the box.

Suits 4K gaming and heavy multitasking.

The 12-core CPU at 4.4GHz base frequency paired with 16GB GDDR7 video memory handles modern titles at high resolutions and demanding creative workloads. Storage combines a 1TB NVMe SSD for fast boot and load times with a 2TB SATA III HDD for bulk capacity. Buyers needing a small-form-factor chassis or a system without liquid cooling should consider other options.

850W power supply defines upgrade headroom

The included 850W unit powers the factory configuration of the Ryzen 9 9900X and RTX 5070 Ti with RGB lighting and Wi-Fi connectivity. Four DDR5 slots are populated to reach 64GB, leaving no free slots for memory expansion without module replacement. Verify that any future graphics card or storage additions stay within this power budget.

Questions about this item

Will the Ryzen 9 9900X hit thermal limits with the 360mm liquid cooler during long sessions?

The 360mm liquid cooler is sized for the 12-core Ryzen 9 9900X and should keep temperatures in check during extended gaming or rendering workloads.

How loud is the 850W power supply and the 360mm liquid cooler when the PC runs all day?

The 360mm radiator uses larger fans that spin slower, and the 850W unit runs in a low-load range for this build, so overall noise stays low even under sustained load.

Does the motherboard have free DDR5 slots if I want to add more than the installed 64GB?

The board provides four DDR5 slots and all four are populated for the 64GB configuration, so no slots remain for expansion.
