Ready-to-play AM5 desktop

This ASUS ROG Strix Helios GX601 White system ships with an AMD Ryzen 7 9700X eight-core processor at 3.8GHz, an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti with 16GB GDDR7, 64GB DDR5 memory, a 1TB NVMe SSD and a 2TB SATA III HDD. Windows 11 Home is pre-installed and the build is liquid cooled with a 360mm radiator. It targets gamers and creators who want a fully assembled, tested machine without selecting individual parts.

AM5 platform and power checks

Verify that your monitor provides a DisplayPort or HDMI input compatible with the RTX 5070 Ti PCI Express x16 output. Ensure the intended location has a grounded mains socket for the 850W power supply and enough airflow for the 360mm liquid-cooler radiator. The motherboard uses the AM5 socket with four DDR5 slots, all populated, so no further memory can be added without removing existing modules.

Storage layout and software baseline

The 1TB NVMe drive holds the operating system and priority applications for fast boot and load times, while the 2TB HDD adds bulk capacity for game libraries and media files. Windows 11 Home activates on first internet connection and includes standard gaming features such as Game Bar and Auto HDR. No additional ASUS utilities or trial suites are guaranteed; component brands may vary from the images shown.

Questions about this item

Does the ASUS ROG Strix Helios GX601 White come with a keyboard and mouse, or do I need to buy them separately?

The system ships with the tower, power cable and Windows 11 Home installed. A keyboard and mouse are not included and must be purchased separately.

The listing shows 64GB DDR5 already installed — can I add more memory later?

Yes. The motherboard has four DDR5 slots and all four are populated to reach 64GB. To increase capacity you would need to replace the existing modules with higher-capacity DDR5 sticks.

What does the 16GB GDDR7 on the RTX 5070 Ti actually deliver in games at 1440p?

The 16GB GDDR7 frame buffer lets the RTX 5070 Ti hold high-resolution textures and ray-tracing data without swapping, so most modern titles run smoothly at 1440p ultra settings with high frame rates.
