AUBEAMTO HDMI 2.0 eARC Splitter

This AUBEAMTO unit is an HDMI audio extractor and splitter built for users who need to send video to a display while routing high-resolution audio to a separate soundbar or amplifier. It accepts one HDMI source such as a game console or media player and provides two HDMI outputs plus a dedicated audio-only HDMI port supporting ARC. The device is new and includes a 5V USB-C power adapter and user manual.

One input feeds two HDMI outputs

The splitter takes a single HDMI input and duplicates the video signal across two HDMI output ports for simultaneous display connection. A third HDMI port outputs audio only, supporting ARC and eARC return-channel audio from a compatible TV or source. This layout frees the user from running the source directly through a TV to reach an audio system. The compact 62x58x20 mm enclosure requires only the supplied USB-C power adapter to operate.

Sustained 4K 60 Hz RGB 8:8:8 and 120 Hz YUV 4:2:0

Under continuous use the converter maintains 4K resolution at 60 Hz with full 24-bit RGB 8:8:8 or YCbCr 4:4:4 colour sampling. The 120 Hz mode is supported at 4K only in YUV 4:2:0 format and only when the source is a computer. Audio pass-through handles LPCM 7.1-channel, Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio bitstreams without degradation. Operating temperature range is 0 °C to 40 °C.

Questions about this item

Does the HDMI 2.0 bandwidth limit 4K 120 Hz to YUV 4:2:0 on consoles?

The splitter passes 4K 120 Hz YUV 4:2:0 only from a computer source; consoles are limited to 4K 60 Hz RGB 8:8:8 or YCbCr 4:4:4.

How warm does the unit get when powered continuously from the 5 V 2 A USB-C adapter?

Operating temperature is rated 0 °C to 40 °C; the aluminium enclosure stays within that range during all-day use with the supplied power adapter.

Which audio formats must my soundbar or amplifier decode for the eARC HDMI output?

The audio-only HDMI port carries LPCM 7.1 CH, Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio, so the connected device must support those codecs.
