Audiovox - Generic nFace128 Biometric Attendance Machine 1000 face 100000 records

Biometric Attendance Terminal

The Audiovox nFace128 is a biometric attendance machine that verifies identity through facial recognition, fingerprint scanning and IC card reading. It stores up to 1000 user faces and 1000 fingerprints while logging 100000 transaction records. A built-in HD binocular camera adjusts to lighting conditions and activates visible fill light in darker environments for reliable capture. TCP/IP connectivity and U-disk support handle data transfer and device management.

Suitable Users and Limitations

This unit suits small to medium organisations that need a single terminal for time-and-attendance tracking with multiple verification methods. It works where a 1000-user face and fingerprint limit matches the current headcount and where 100000 records cover the required retention period. Buyers who need more storage for users or logs should look at a different model. Sites without network infrastructure for TCP/IP or without a process for U-disk backups will not benefit from the included data options.

Deciding Specification

The 1000 face capacity is the single figure that determines whether this terminal fits the organisation. If the total enrolled population exceeds 1000 unique faces, the device cannot accommodate every user. If the headcount stays at or below that threshold, the nFace128 meets the core requirement.
