G1/4" 20mm Extension Fitting

This silver male-to-female extender adds 20mm of thread depth to a G1/4 port. It lets builders connect larger fittings or join components directly when tubing is impractical. The part suits custom-loop builders working with tightly spaced water blocks or radiators. One fitting is supplied in the package.

Threaded G1/4 Interface Limits

The G1/4 BSPP thread is the de-facto standard for PC water-cooling, so the extender mates with almost every block, pump, reservoir and radiator on the market. Sealing relies on the O-ring or gasket already present on the mating fitting; the extender itself adds no extra seal. Over-tightening can strip the shallow threads, so hand-tight plus a light turn is the practical limit.

20mm Spacer Capacity

The 20mm projection clears most low-profile fittings and lets two angled adapters sit side by side without colliding. It will not bridge larger gaps between distant components; builders needing more reach must stack multiple extenders or use tubing. The single-piece brass construction handles normal loop pressures but is not rated for structural load-bearing.
