11pt Manila Folders with End Tab

These 11pt manila folders arrive new in a box of 50 and are sized for letter documents. The full-cut end tab measures 3/4 inch wide and carries scored tick marks for consistent label placement. Rounded top corners on both panels reduce wear during frequent handling. The stock contains 10 percent recycled content with 10 percent post-consumer material.

Half Pocket and Position 1 Fastener

A 9 by 5-3/4 inch pocket on the inside front panel holds loose sheets without a separate envelope. Two-inch bonded fasteners in Position 1 secure punched pages directly to the folder body. Together the pocket and fastener let you store both unpunched inserts and fastened documents in one unit.

Capacity for Standard Letter Filing

The 11 1/2 inch body width accommodates standard letter pages with room for the end-tab label. The 11pt stock supports everyday office filing but is not built for heavy bulk or archival loads. Buyers who need expansion beyond a single fastener or larger pocket volume should consider higher-capacity systems.

Questions about this item

Will the 11pt manila stock and reinforced end tab hold up to daily filing, or will I need to replace folders sooner?

The 11pt manila stock with a reinforced 3/4-inch end tab is built for regular handling; the 10 percent recycled content does not reduce durability, so folders typically last through extended daily use without tearing.

What fails first when the 1/2 pocket and fasteners are fully loaded day after day?

The 9-by-5-3/4-inch pocket and position-1 bonded fasteners reach capacity before the folder body shows stress; overstuffing the pocket is the practical limit under sustained heavy loads.

Do these folders generate dust, heat or static when stored tightly on shelves all day?

Paper folders produce no heat, noise or static; they simply sit on shelves, and the rounded top corners prevent snagging when folders are packed tightly together.
