SKU CH-P4PG-V3EE1

Full-cut manila folders with reinforced interlocking tabs and 1-1/2 inch expansion hold letter-size documents in a box of 50

  • Reinforced two-ply tab resists tearing with frequent handling
  • Full-cut interlock tab aligns neatly in any drawer
  • Scored for 1-1/2 inch expansion holds bulky files
  • Tick marks guide label placement for quick identification
  • Rounded top corners prevent snags and dog-ears

Product Identity

These 14pt manila folders measure 12 1/4" wide by 9 1/2" high and provide 1 1/2" of expansion for letter-size documents. The box contains 50 folders suited to offices that file high-volume paperwork daily.

Sustained Use

Reinforced two-ply tabs run the full 7/8" height and resist tearing when drawers are packed tight. The 10% recycled stock holds shape through repeated handling, and rounded top corners prevent dog-earing on both front and back panels.

Installation Notes

Folders arrive flat with scored tick marks for label alignment and a 3/4" expansion score line. The only common issue is overstuffing beyond the 1 1/2" fold, which stresses the side seams and can cause the interlock tab to pull loose.

Questions about this item

Do these 14pt Manila folders generate any noise or heat when stored on a shelf all day?

No, the 14pt Manila stock and reinforced two-ply tabs are passive paper materials that produce no noise or heat during long-term storage.

What existing filing cabinet or drawer dimensions do I need to fit these letter-size folders with 1-1/2" expansion?

They require a letter-size drawer at least 12 1/4" wide by 9 1/2" high, with enough depth to accommodate the 11 7/16" body plus the scored W-fold expansion.

Will the 7/8" full-height interlock tabs on these folders align with the tab positions on my older 1/3-cut manila folders?

The full-cut tabs run the full height of the folder, so they sit at a different vertical position than 1/3-cut tabs and will not line up in the same drawer row.
