Legal-Size Manila Binders with Assorted Tabs

These top-tab case binders are built for legal-length documents and come in a box of 50. The 14pt heavyweight stock and double-thick back panels suit offices, clinics or legal teams that file high volumes daily. Ten colour options let departments colour-code by case, client or retention period.

Sustained Filing Performance

The 14pt manila stock resists edge tear and tab curl even when drawers are packed tight and opened dozens of times a day. Double-thick back panels keep the fastener base rigid so prongs stay aligned after months of insertion cycles. Two-inch expansion capacity absorbs growing files without distorting the cover or stressing the hinge.

Installation and Common Issues

Fasteners are pre-installed so binders are ready to file straight from the box. End wings alternate left and right, and the top tab mirrors that alternation, preventing the stack from leaning when multiple binders sit side by side. Mis-aligned tabs occur only if the alternating sequence is ignored during refill.

Questions about this item

How much expansion room does each 14pt manila binder give me when the drawer stays full all day?

Each binder expands 2 inches, so a full box of 50 handles a large volume of legal-size documents without bulging.

What fastener system do I need on hand before these 1/2-cut assorted tabs will function?

The binders use a built-in 2-inch fastener, so no separate fasteners, rings or adhesive strips are required.

Will the alternating left-right end wings on these top-tab binders line up with my existing legal-size hanging folders?

Yes, the end wings alternate left and right to match standard legal-size hanging-folder rails and keep tabs visible.
