Extension cable for SATA power

The BUCIER SATA power extension cable adds 24 inches (60 cm) between a power supply and a Serial ATA drive. It uses a 15-pin male connector on one end and a 15-pin female connector on the other. Builders and upgraders can route power to 2.5" SSDs, 3.5" HDDs, optical drives or PCIe cards without moving the PSU.

Braided sleeve and self-adhesive tape

The 18 AWG copper conductors carry 3.3 V, 5 V and 12 V rails without performance loss. A braided sleeve protects the wires and simplifies cable management inside the case. One piece of self-adhesive tape is included to secure the cable run.

Handles standard SATA drives, not other ports

The cable supports typical hard drives, SSDs, DVD burners, Blu-ray drives and PCIe add-in cards that use a 15-pin SATA power connector. It is not compatible with non-SATA power ports and must not be forced onto them. The power supply must provide sufficient wattage for every attached device.
