Bulk File Pockets for High-Volume Filing

This box contains ten redrope file pockets built for offices that process bulky record sets daily. Each pocket uses an accordion design with reinforced gussets to expand as needed. The drop-front style keeps documents accessible without removing the folder from the drawer. Thirty percent post-consumer material content supports environmental purchasing policies.

Suited for Expanding Archive Drawers.

These pockets suit administrators who need high-capacity, stationary storage in standard letter-size drawers. The 5-1/4 inch expansion handles thick project files and multi-year archives efficiently. Buyers who need individual folders for frequent transport or client-facing presentations should look at lighter single-pocket alternatives. The box quantity is fixed at ten units.

Verify Drawer Depth and Letter-Size Compatibility

Before ordering, confirm your filing cabinet drawers accommodate letter-size pockets with a 5-1/4 inch expansion depth when fully loaded. Ensure the drop-front opening aligns with your drawer height for smooth access. Check that the redrope stock meets your durability expectations for the intended document weight. The product is sold strictly as a ten-pack.

Questions about this item

What filing cabinet or shelf width is needed to store the 5-1/4" expansion pockets?

Any standard letter-size cabinet or shelf that accepts 5-1/4" deep pockets will hold the 10-count box once the gussets are fully expanded.

Can the redrope stock and reinforced gussets handle frequent insertion of older manila folders without tearing?

The rollover Tyvek reinforcement at the gusset tops makes the sides virtually tearproof, so repeated sliding of manila folders is well within the design limits.

How can I confirm the pockets are expanding to the full 5-1/4" after loading them?

When the accordion gussets are fully stretched, the pocket depth reaches the stated 5-1/4" expansion and the drop front sits flush with the loaded contents.
