The Cable Leader Cat6 patch cable provides a 4 ft Gigabit Ethernet link between a router, switch, console or PC. It is tested to 550 MHz, well above the 250 MHz Cat6 minimum, and supports 10 Gbps over short runs. The stranded 24 AWG bare copper conductors with a PE divider keep signal integrity stable for streaming, video calls and online gaming. Backward compatibility with Cat5e makes it a drop-in upgrade for existing networks.

Low heat and silent operation

As a passive copper cable it generates no heat and produces no audible noise during normal use. Power draw is negligible and limited to the signal level carried by the connected ports. The PVC jacket and snagless boot add no active components, so thermals and acoustics are entirely determined by the attached networking equipment. There are no fans, pumps or electrical loads to manage.

Snagless boot and color-coded jackets

Each end uses an 8P8C RJ45 plug with 50-micron gold-plated contacts for corrosion-resistant connections. The molded snagless boot is color-matched to the white jacket and protects the locking clip while resisting tangles during installation. Ten color options across the C6101 family allow easy port and zone labeling in racks or home offices. The cable is RoHS compliant and UL & ETL Verified. It is not suited for outdoor burial, PoE applications above standard limits, or shielded environments that require foil or braid.
