Efficient document handling for busy offices

The Canon imageFORMULA R40II flatbed scanner handles paper from 2" to 8.5" wide and up to 14" long using a 60-sheet automatic feeder or manual feed. It suits home offices and small teams that need to digitise mixed batches of receipts, contracts and reports without swapping trays.

Compact build with foldable feed tray

A foldable paper feed tray reduces the desktop footprint when the scanner is idle, while the sturdy chassis supports daily throughput of up to 45 pages per minute simplex and 90 images per minute duplex. The upright paper path and front-access design keep cables tidy and allow quick jam clearance during high-volume sessions.

Bundled software creates searchable files instantly

Included drivers and utilities add auto colour detection, background smoothing and text recognition so scanned pages become searchable PDFs or editable documents in one step. This removes the need for third-party OCR tools and lets users file, share or archive records directly from the scan button.
