Extends LAN and PoE 100m

The Computar Ganz VOR-OR is a Cat5 LAN and PoE extender that forwards both data and power to remote PoE devices. Each unit adds 100m of reach without requiring a separate power cable or any configuration. It is built for installers connecting IP cameras, VoIP phones or similar equipment beyond standard Ethernet limits. No set-up is needed, so deployment is immediate.

Replaces mid-span injectors and fibre links

This repeater removes the need for local power outlets or mid-span injectors at the camera side, and it avoids the cost and complexity of fibre runs for moderate distances. The jump is worth it when a single 100m segment solves the reach problem and the site has no convenient AC power. It is not for runs that exceed the per-unit extension or for networks that demand managed switching features.
