Product Identity

DAP 7565000043 Multipurpose Spray Foam Sealant is a one-component polyurethane foam in a 12 oz aerosol can. It expands to fill and seal cavities larger than one inch for indoor and outdoor construction tasks. The tan colour matches common building materials.

Build Integration

The aerosol format needs no mixing equipment or external dispenser, freeising up compressor hoses and two-part kits on site. It works in temperatures from 41 to 86 degrees F, so scheduling is straightforward for most job-site conditions. Full cure takes 24 hours before the foam can be trimmed or painted.

Thermal and Power Profile

The cured foam delivers an insulation value of R-4 and remains stable from -20 to 200 degrees F. Flash point is -156 degrees F, indicating low flammability risk once cured. Specific gravity ranges from 1.1 to 1.3, reflecting the dense cellular structure after the 2-3:1 expansion ratio.
