Suits high-volume packing operations

Buyers sealing large quantities of boxes in warehouses, fulfilment centres or moving operations will appreciate the case quantity and consistent performance. Users who only need a single roll or prefer a different adhesive chemistry should look at alternative packaging tapes.

Acrylic adhesive with 20 lbs/in tensile strength

The tape delivers 20 oz/in adhesion and 160% elongation for secure seals that resist splitting. It remains functional from -40° to 150° Fahrenheit, making it suitable for cold storage and warm transit environments.

Questions about this item

What dispenser width do I need for the 2" rolls in this case?

A standard 2-inch core tape gun or hand dispenser will accommodate every roll in the 36-count case.

Will the acrylic adhesive bond reliably to recycled corrugated boxes I already use?

Yes, the 20 oz/in adhesion and 20 lbs/in tensile strength are rated for sealing recycled and virgin corrugated cartons alike.

How can I verify the tape is performing to spec after I apply it?

A proper seal shows full contact with no edge lift, resists a firm hand pull at the seam, and holds through the rated -40° to 150° F range.
