Dell Inspiron 15 3520 business laptop

The Dell Inspiron 15 3520 is a 15.6 inch business laptop running Windows 11 Home. It suits professionals and students who need a multi-touch display and a balanced specification for daily productivity. The integrated Intel Iris Xe graphics handle office applications and video playback without a discrete GPU. Buyers who need dedicated graphics memory for heavy 3D work should consider other options.

Quad-core i5-1155G7 processor with 16GB DDR4

The 11th Gen Intel Core i5-1155G7 provides four cores and eight threads with a base frequency of 2.5GHz and a maximum boost up to 4.5GHz. Paired with 16GB of DDR4 memory and a 1TB SSD, this configuration determines whether the laptop can run multiple business applications smoothly. Systems with less memory or slower storage will feel sluggish under the same workload.

Thermals and power in normal use

The slim chassis measures 0.83 inches thick and weighs 3.66 pounds, limiting the cooling capacity available for sustained loads. During typical office tasks the fan runs quietly and surface temperatures stay comfortable. Extended compiles or large file exports will raise fan speed and warmth noticeably. The 720p webcam and stereo speakers with Waves MaxxAudio Pro draw minimal additional power.
