Installation notes

The unit arrives fully assembled; the factory box seal may be opened for the RAM and SSD upgrades already performed. No further hardware steps are required — power on, complete the Windows setup and install your applications. The only common issue is forgetting to run the initial Windows updates and driver refresh before deploying the machine.

Pre-purchase checks

Verify that the 15.6" 1920x1080 touchscreen form factor fits your workspace and bag. Confirm that the port selection — two USB-A 3.2, one USB 2.0, HDMI 1.4 and an SD card slot — covers your peripherals and external display needs. Ensure the integrated Intel Iris Xe graphics and 720p webcam meet your visual workload requirements.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the i5-1155G7 is hitting its 4.5 GHz boost after setup?

Open Task Manager, select the Performance tab, choose CPU and watch the speed readout while running a heavy single-thread load; it should climb toward 4.5 GHz.

What comes in the box and what must I buy separately?

The laptop, power adapter and documentation are included; no external drives, docks or stylus are bundled, so add those if you need them.

Which capacity of this Inspiron 15 3520 should I choose?

This listing is the single 64 GB DDR4 memory and 1 TB SSD configuration; if you need less memory or storage you would select a different SKU.
