Business laptop for daily workloads

The Dell Inspiron 15 3520 is a 15.6 inch Windows 11 Home laptop built for office tasks and study. It pairs an 11th Gen Intel Core i5 1155G7 with 32GB DDR4 memory and a 2TB SSD. Integrated Intel Iris Xe graphics drive the 1920x1080 anti-glare multi-touch display.

Upgrade from slower storage or less memory

Moving from a mechanical drive or 8GB system to this 2TB SSD and 32GB configuration cuts boot time and keeps many browser tabs and business apps open together. The quad-core processor reaches 4.5GHz boost for bursts of heavier work such as spreadsheet recalculation or light photo edits.

Check your peripheral and display needs

The chassis offers two USB-A 3.2 ports, one USB 2.0 port, HDMI 1.4 and an SD card slot. Verify that your external monitor, docking station or legacy accessories match these connections. The 720p webcam and Bluetooth 5 handle standard video calls and wireless peripherals.

Questions about this item

Will the 15.6-inch chassis fit a standard 14.11-inch deep sleeve?

The laptop measures 14.11 inches deep, 9.27 inches wide and .83 inches thick, so a sleeve sized for those exact dimensions will fit.

Which screw secures the bottom cover when upgrading the 32GB DDR4 memory?

Remove all perimeter screws on the base, then lift the cover from the front edge; the hidden screw under the rear rubber foot is the one most people miss.

How often should the 720p webcam lens be cleaned for clear video calls?

Wipe the lens with a microfibre cloth whenever the image looks hazy; no internal maintenance is required for the camera module.
