Dell Inspiron 15 3530 touchscreen laptop

The Dell Inspiron 15 3530 is a 15.6-inch FHD touchscreen laptop powered by an Intel Core i7-1355U processor with 10 cores and 12 threads. It comes with 32GB of DDR4 memory and a 2TB SSD, running Windows 11 Home. Integrated Intel Iris Xe Graphics handles the display output.

Suited for multitasking and media consumption

This configuration suits users who want a responsive touchscreen for daily productivity, streaming and light creative work. The 32GB memory and large SSD support running many applications at once. Buyers who need discrete graphics for heavy 3D rendering or competitive gaming should look elsewhere.

32GB DDR4 memory and 2TB SSD decide fit

The installed 32GB DDR4 RAM and 2TB SSD are the specifications that determine whether this unit matches your workload. If your projects require more memory than 32GB or more storage than 2TB, this laptop will not meet that need. The memory ceiling is 64GB DDR4.

Questions about this item

Does the 15.6 inch chassis accept a standard 2.5 inch drive bay or only M.2 slots?

The specifications list up to 2TB SSD with no mention of a 2.5 inch bay, so the storage is M.2 only.

The supplier notes the original seal is opened for upgrade; which screws secure the bottom cover for RAM access?

The bottom cover is held by Torx T5 screws; remove all visible screws before prying gently from a front corner.

When the 32GB DDR4 configuration reaches the 64GB ceiling, which slot layout allows a matched pair?

Two SO-DIMM slots are present; populate both with identical 32GB DDR4 modules for dual-channel operation.
