Dell Inspiron 3520 15.6 Touch Business Laptop

The Dell Inspiron 3520 is a 15.6-inch touchscreen laptop powered by an Intel Core i7-1255U processor with 10 cores and 12 threads. It comes equipped with 64GB of high-bandwidth RAM and a 1TB PCIe NVMe solid-state drive. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed for professional use.

Suited for multitasking office work

This configuration suits professionals who run many applications and browser tabs simultaneously and need fast boot and data-transfer speeds. The integrated Intel Iris Xe Graphics and 60Hz Full HD panel serve general business tasks well. Buyers who need a dedicated graphics processor for rendering or gaming should look elsewhere.

64GB RAM and 1TB PCIe NVMe drive decide fit

The single specification that determines suitability is the combination of 64GB memory and a 1TB PCIe NVMe SSD. This capacity handles heavy multitasking and large local datasets without bottlenecks. Users with lighter workloads may find a lower-specification model more cost-effective.

Questions about this item

Will the 64GB of RAM and i7-1255U processor stay quiet and cool when I run heavy workloads all day?

The i7-1255U has a 15 W base power and can boost up to 4.7 GHz across its 10 cores, so sustained loads will spin the internal fan; expect noticeable airflow but no extreme surface heat under normal office use.

Which cables or adapters must I already own to connect my existing wired keyboard, mouse and external monitor?

The laptop provides two USB 3.2 Type-A ports, one USB 2.0 Type-A port and one HDMI output, so standard USB-A peripherals and an HDMI cable are all that is required.

Can the HDMI port drive my older 1080p monitor at its native resolution?

Yes, the HDMI port supports up to 1920 x 1080 at 60 Hz, matching the panel resolution of your existing monitor.
