Built for field work

The Dell Latitude 5424 is a fully rugged 14.0-inch laptop engineered to survive harsh environments. It targets professionals who need a Windows 11 Pro machine that withstands dust, vibration and temperature extremes while remaining portable enough for daily carry.

Storage layout and graphics ceiling

Dual M.2 solid-state drives provide 512 GB and 1 TB of capacity, giving ample room for local datasets and offline maps. Integrated Intel UHD Graphics 620 handles office applications and video playback but runs out of headroom for 3D modelling, modern gaming or GPU-accelerated rendering workloads.

Quad-core U-series processor

The Intel Core i7-8650U delivers four cores with a maximum turbo frequency of 4.20 GHz and 8 MB of L2 cache, backed by 16 GB of DDR4 memory. This combination suits multi-threaded business software and multitasking in the field, yet it is not designed for sustained heavy compute such as video encoding or large-scale compilation.
