Dell Latitude 5520 for professionals

The Dell Latitude 5520 is a 15.6 inch laptop built for professional workloads. It runs Windows 11 Pro on an Intel Core i7 1185G7 processor with 32GB DDR4 memory and a 1TB NVMe SSD. Integrated Intel Iris Xe graphics drive the 1920 x 1080 non-touch display. Thunderbolt 3 and HDMI ports handle external monitors.

Check ports and memory ceiling before ordering

Verify that your peripherals match two USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports and two Thunderbolt 3 USB-C ports. The system includes Gigabit Ethernet, Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g and Bluetooth 5.1 for connectivity. A microSD card reader and 1080p webcam are built in. Memory is maxed at 32GB so no further RAM upgrades are possible.

Replaces older 15 inch business laptops

This unit replaces an older 15 inch business laptop when you need four cores, eight threads and a fast 1TB NVMe drive in a single chassis. The jump is worth it if your current machine struggles with modern multitasking or lacks Thunderbolt 3 docking. Buyers who need a dedicated GPU or user-replaceable memory should look elsewhere.
