Ready-to-go ultraportable

The Dell Latitude 7290 is a compact 12.5 inch notebook built around an Intel Core i5-8350U quad-core processor with 16 GB of DDR4 memory and a 128 GB PCIe M.2 SSD. Windows 11 Pro is installed and activated. Integrated Intel UHD Graphics 620 handles everyday visual tasks. The non-touch FHD panel runs at 1920 x 1080 resolution.

Check ports and storage headroom

Verify that the two USB 3.0 ports and the USB Type-C port with DisplayPort functionality match your peripheral and external-display needs. Confirm the single M.2 slot can accept a larger NVME or SATA drive if 128 GB proves tight. Ensure Bluetooth 4.1 covers your wireless accessories. The 8 GB x 2 memory configuration fills both SO-DIMM slots.

Fits a light mobile workflow

The 2.69 lb chassis slips into a small bag and runs on its integrated battery for untethered work. Intel UHD 620 drives one external monitor through the Type-C DisplayPort output. The 1.7 GHz base clock and 3.6 GHz turbo handle office suites, browser loads and video calls. Buyers who need discrete graphics, a touchscreen or more than two memory slots should look elsewhere.
