14.1" business laptop with 2nd Gen Intel Core i7

The Dell Latitude E6420 pairs a dual-core Intel Core i7-2620M processor running at 2.70 GHz with 16 GB of DDR3 memory and a 1 TB 2.5" hard drive. A 14.1-inch HD LED display shows 1366 x 768 resolution. Windows 10 Pro 64-bit is pre-installed, making the system ready for office workloads straight out of the box.

DVD-RW drive and dual video outputs for legacy

An internal DVD-RW drive reads and writes optical media for archival or installation tasks. VGA and HDMI ports let you connect to older projectors or modern monitors without adapters. Integrated Intel HD Graphics 3000 handles everyday visuals, while Gigabit Ethernet and Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6205 Wi-Fi cover wired and wireless networking.

TPM security chip and rugged chassis for mobile

A Trusted Platform Module security chip provides hardware-based encryption support for business data. The black slate chassis is built for daily transport and includes a 720p webcam for video calls. No solid-state drive is fitted, so boot and load times reflect traditional hard-drive speeds. Buyers needing faster storage or a touchscreen should look elsewhere.
