Dell Latitude E6520 15.6" laptop

Installation notes

The unit arrives as a complete notebook with operating system pre-loaded, so no internal assembly is required. Simply connect the AC adapter, press the power button and follow the Windows 10 setup prompts. The DVD±RW drive and built-in card reader are ready to use immediately. If a BIOS password or TPM 1.2 ownership lock was set by a previous administrator, you will need that credential before you can reconfigure the firmware.

Compatibility checklist

Confirm that your existing peripherals connect via VGA, HDMI, USB or the integrated Gigabit Ethernet port. The Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6205 wireless module supports standard Wi-Fi networks. The DVD±RW drive reads and writes CD and DVD media only; it does not support Blu-ray. The 2.5" drive bay uses a SATA interface, so any future storage upgrade must be a 2.5" SATA device.
