Purpose and audience

The DIVI M18 PRO is a business projector built for academic display and home-theatre use. It connects to laptops, tablets and smartphones through AV, VGA, USB and HDMI inputs. Native resolution is 1024 x 768 with brightness below 1000 lumens. Buyers who need higher native resolution or brighter output for large venues should consider other options.

Sustained-load behaviour

Nineteen firmware revisions between 2018 and 2021 target stable visual and audio performance over long sessions. The projector supports 2.4 and 5G wireless bands for screen mirroring from devices with wireless capability. Contrast ratio is 5000:1 and supported resolutions include 576, 720, 1080, 2k and 4k signals. Units without wireless networking or automatic band selection will not match this connectivity.

Upgrade context

The M18 PRO replaces the original M18 model with updated firmware and dual-band wireless support. It adds native 1920 x 1080 capability and extends the maximum projected image to 300 inches. Users staying with single-band projectors or lower native resolution will not gain the mirroring flexibility or image scale offered here.
