Compact desktop for everyday computing

The ECS EliteGroup LIVA Z Plus is a mini PC built around a dual-core Intel Core i5-7200U processor with 3MB Smart Cache and a base speed of 2.70GHz. It ships with 8GB of DDR4 memory and a 1TB PCIe NVMe SSD. Windows 10 Pro comes pre-installed, so the system is ready for office tasks, web browsing and media playback straight away.

Connections fit a tidy workspace

A 65W power supply keeps the unit small enough to sit behind a monitor or on a cluttered desk. Video output is handled by one HDMI port and one mini DisplayPort, while data moves through three USB 3.0 ports and a USB 3.1 Type-C Gen1 connector. Wired networking uses a single RJ-45 jack, and wireless covers 802.11ac Wi-Fi with Bluetooth 4.0. A combined headphone and microphone jack rounds off the front-facing I/O.

Ready-to-use software and storage

The 1TB NVMe drive holds the operating system and leaves plenty of room for documents and applications without extra drives. Windows 10 Pro brings business-oriented features such as BitLocker and Remote Desktop. No optical drive is fitted, so software installs rely on downloads or USB media. The package is aimed at users who need a quiet, low-footprint Windows machine; builders who want discrete graphics or internal expansion slots should look elsewhere.
