Replacement cable for Boss QC15

This 1.2 metre braided cable replaces the original lead on Boss QC15 headphones. It connects a 3.5 mm source to the headphone's 2.5 mm input. The oxygen-free copper conductor and gold-plated pins are specified for clear signal transmission. The stepped connector design aims to keep the plug secure during use.

1.2 metre length with oxygen-free copper

The 1.2 metre run gives enough slack for desktop or portable listening without excess cable. Oxygen-free copper cores and twisted-pair weaving are described as reducing magnetic-flux loss and distortion. Gold-plated solid-core pins resist corrosion and maintain contact over repeated insertion cycles. The 20 gram weight adds minimal bulk to the headset.

Nylon braid and stepped connector

A nylon braided jacket protects the inner conductors from abrasion and kinking. The stepped 2.5 mm plug seats firmly in the QC15 socket to prevent accidental disconnection. Gold plating on the 3.5 mm and 2.5 mm contacts is intended to preserve conductivity over time. No inline remote, microphone or volume control is included.

Questions about this item

Will the 3.5mm plug on this 1.2m cable fit the original Boss QC15 headphone jack without an adapter?

Yes, the cable uses a 3.5mm to 2.5mm stereo layout with a stepped connector designed for the QC15 jack, so it plugs in directly.

How can I confirm the cable is delivering clear audio once connected?

Play audio through the QC15 and listen for pure treble, low distortion and stable signal; the oxygen-free copper core and gold-plated pins are built for that performance.

Does the package include any extra adapters or only the braided cable itself?

Only the 1.2m nylon-braided 3.5mm to 2.5mm stereo cable is supplied; no additional adapters or accessories are included.
