HDMI Splitter 1×2 for Dual Displays

The ESTONE OZF12-2 takes one HDMI source and duplicates it to two screens at up to 3840x2160P/60Hz. It handles 18Gbps bandwidth with HDCP 2.2 compliance and supports deep color up to 48 bit. Audio formats including DTS-HD and Dolby TrueHD pass through unchanged.

Powered Splitter for Home Theatre Builds

The unit requires the included AC power adaptor and standard HDMI cables for each run. It frees the source device from driving multiple cable lengths directly and maintains signal integrity over longer distances. Both outputs show the same picture in either mirror or extend mode.

Replaces Basic Passive Y-Cables

Passive splitters often drop bandwidth or fail with protected content; this active chipset keeps 18Gbps throughput and HDCP 2.2 handshakes stable. The upgrade is worth it when driving two 4K@60Hz displays from a single console, PC or media player. Buyers needing independent images on each screen cannot use this device.

Questions about this item

Does the 18 Gbps bandwidth handle 4K at 60 Hz without dropping frames during long sessions?

The splitter supports up to 3840 x 2160 at 60 Hz over its 18 Gbps link, so sustained 4K 60 Hz playback stays within the rated bandwidth.

How warm does the unit get and does it need a fan when powered all day?

The box is passively cooled with no fan; it draws power from the included AC adaptor and runs silently, though the metal case will become warm to the touch after extended use.

Which cables and power source must I already have to connect a source and two displays?

You need three HDMI cables — one from the source to the single input and one from each of the two outputs to the displays — plus a mains outlet for the supplied AC adaptor.
