1x2 HDMI Splitter with Audio Extraction

This new ESTONE OZF6-1 splitter takes one HDMI 2.0b source and mirrors it to two displays at up to 4K@60Hz. It also provides a 3.5mm stereo output for separate audio routing. The unit supports HDCP 2.2 and HDR10 pass-through for protected 4K content.

Plug-and-play with external power

Connect the included USB-C cable to any 5V USB port or charger to power the splitter; no driver installation is required. The box includes the splitter, cable and manual. A common issue is forgetting to supply power, which results in no signal on either output. Ensure both HDMI cables are fully seated and rated for 18Gbps bandwidth.

HDMI 2.0b bandwidth and mirror-only operation

The 18Gbps link limits 4K output to 60Hz with standard colour sampling; higher refresh rates or 4:4:4 at 10-bit are not supported. The splitter only mirrors the input — it cannot extend a desktop across two screens. Auto down-scaling allows one 4K@60Hz and one 1080p@60Hz display to work together, but both outputs always show the same image. Cable runs should stay under 8 metres using AWG26 HDMI 2.0b cables for reliable 4K transmission.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the OZF6-1 is passing 4K@60Hz HDR to both displays after connecting?

Both connected screens should show identical 3840 x 2160 content at 60 Hz with HDR active; if one display only supports 1080p the splitter will auto-downscale that output while keeping the other at 4K@60Hz.

What cables and power items are included with the OZF6-1 and what must I provide?

The box contains the splitter, a USB-Type-C power cable and a user manual; you must supply a 5 V USB power source and three HDMI cables (one input, two output) rated for 18 Gbps.

The specs list 4K@60Hz and 1080p — which resolution should I choose for my setup?

The splitter mirrors the source to both outputs simultaneously; it handles 4K@60Hz, 1080p and lower resolutions automatically, so select the source resolution that matches your highest-capability display and the other output will downscale if needed.
