8MP 4K outdoor dome camera

The Eyemax Storm Series dome camera captures 8MP 4K video through a 2.8-13.5mm motorised vari-focal lens. It is designed for outdoor surveillance installations that require adjustable viewing angles. The unit connects via Power over Ethernet for simplified cabling and integrates directly with Eyemax NVR and Magic NVR recorders.

Anti-IR reflection and PoE operation

Anti-IR reflection technology reduces glare from the built-in infrared illumination during night recording. Power over Ethernet delivers both data and power over a single cable, removing the need for a local power supply. The camera is built for continuous outdoor operation in a dome housing.

Questions about this item

How do I install the Eyemax Storm Series 8MP 4K dome camera and what step is often missed?

Mount the dome, connect the PoE cable to the NVR, then use the motorised 2.8-13.5mm lens to set the exact field of view remotely; the step many skip is fine-tuning that zoom and focus after the camera is powered.

What maintenance or replacement will the Eyemax Storm Series 8MP 4K dome camera need later?

Clean the dome cover periodically to keep the anti-IR reflection surface clear; the motorised 2.8-13.5mm lens assembly has no user-serviceable parts, so only the whole camera would be replaced if it fails.
