  • New condition guarantees full factory performance from day one

German cabinet fan

The K2S165-AA17-05 and K2S165-AA17-15 are original Rittal cabinet fans supplied new for server and industrial enclosures. They suit integrators who need a direct replacement for existing Rittal climate-control systems. The units are built for continuous operation in medical, rail, industrial and new-energy vehicle applications.

Centrifugal or axial design

The product line includes both centrifugal and axial models covering many frame sizes and voltage ratings. Selecting the correct airflow direction and mounting pattern is the single specification that decides fitment. Buyers who need a different frame size or voltage must choose another model.

Thermal and acoustic profile

Typical operating temperatures range from minus 25 to plus 60 degrees Celsius with sound pressure around 68 decibels for the reference 350 mm unit. Power draw varies by model from fractions of a watt up to 185 watts at 400 volts three-phase. Buyers who need lower noise or different power envelopes must verify the exact model data.

Questions about this item

What does the 165 mm frame size mean for airflow inside a Rittal cabinet?

The 165 mm frame matches Rittal cabinet cut-outs so the fan mounts flush and moves air directly across the equipment rack without adapters.

Which electrical interface does the K2S165-AA17-05 use and what voltage does it require?

The fan uses a standard AC connection rated for 230/400 V three-phase supply.

What mounting pattern and hardware does the fan need to fit a Rittal enclosure?

It fits the standard Rittal cabinet fan tray screw pattern; four M4 or M5 screws secure the 165 mm square frame.
