Dual-monitor KVM for two computers

This KVM switch lets two computers or laptops share one keyboard, one mouse, one printer and one scanner across two HDMI monitors. It is aimed at professionals and streamers who need to operate both systems without swapping cables. The vertical port layout keeps the desktop tidy while supporting 4K resolution at 60Hz.

HDMI 2.0 bandwidth limits 4K refresh rate

The HDMI interface caps video output at 4K 60Hz, so higher refresh rates or deeper colour formats are not possible through this switch. USB 3.0 peripheral sharing is limited to 5 Gbps bandwidth, which may throttle very fast external storage. Switching between computers causes the displays to go black for a few seconds.

Two-computer, two-monitor simultaneous switching

The single specification that decides suitability is the fixed 2-port, 2-monitor architecture: both computers and both screens switch together. Buyers who need independent monitor assignment, more than two sources, or DisplayPort connectivity cannot use this unit.

Questions about this item

Should I pick this KVM if I need to share two monitors between two computers?

Yes, the switch connects two computers to two monitors via HDMI1 and HDMI2 inputs that map directly to OUT1 and OUT2 outputs for a tidy dual-display setup.

What does the 4K 60Hz rating mean when I am actually working?

Each monitor can display up to 4K resolution at 60 Hz, so video, text and graphics stay sharp and smooth on both screens while you switch between the two computers.

How does the USB 3.0 hub limit the peripherals I can share?

The built-in USB 3.0 ports let you share one keyboard, mouse, printer and scanner between both computers at USB 3.0 speeds without unplugging cables.
