Ten-speaker weatherproof set

This ten-piece speaker set from Theater Solutions by Goldwood is built for indoor and outdoor use. The passive design draws power from any compatible amplifier or receiver. Each cabinet is sealed against rain, snow, sun and ice. The package includes mounting brackets and hardware for quick installation.

4.25-inch woofers and 1-inch tweeters

A two-way configuration pairs 4.25-inch deluxe woofers with 1-inch dome tweeters for full-range coverage. An internal second-order crossover operates at 12 dB per octave. Frequency response spans 80 Hz to 20 kHz at 90 dB sensitivity with an 8-ohm load. Amplifier power between 10 and 150 watts per channel is supported.

U-brackets and spring-loaded terminals

Black ABS cabinets feature rust-resistant steel grilles for lasting durability. Easy-to-install U-shaped mounting brackets let you aim each speaker precisely. Spring-loaded raw-wire terminals accept bare speaker wire without tools. The compact dimensions suit patios, decks, pool areas and whole-house audio systems.

Questions about this item

Will the 4.25" woofers and 1" tweeters blend with my existing 8-ohm bookshelf speakers in a multi-room setup?

Yes, each TS425ODB speaker presents an 8-ohm load and covers 80Hz-20 kHz at 90dB sensitivity, so they match typical bookshelf impedance and tonal balance for consistent volume across zones.

How can I verify the 2-way crossover is functioning correctly after I mount the pair outdoors?

Play pink noise or a frequency sweep; you should hear smooth output from the 4.25" woofer up to the crossover region and clear highs from the 1" dome tweeter above it, with no gap or harshness around the 12 dB/octave slope.

Does the 10-speaker pack include the CL3-rated speaker wire and amplifier, or must I purchase them separately?

The box contains 10 passive speakers, U-mounting brackets with hardware, and an instruction manual; CL3 or raw speaker wire and an amplifier delivering 10-150 watts per channel are not included and must be bought separately.
