GUANGBO Manila Folders 100 Count

These GUANGBO manila folders hold standard 8.5 x 11 letter-sized documents in a 100-count box. The classic manila colour supports quick visual sorting in home, school or office settings. Each folder uses a 1/3-cut tab design with three distinct tab positions for clear labelling. The paper construction is recyclable and weighs 6.03 ounces per unit.

Single-Layer Paper Thermals

The folders contain no electronic components so they generate no heat and make no noise during use. Power draw is zero because the product requires no electricity. Normal handling simply involves opening, filing and retrieving paper documents. The lightweight paper material adds negligible mass to a drawer or shelf.

Sustained Archival Load

Under continuous daily filing the manila paper resists wear and keeps documents organised without tearing. Tab positions remain legible after repeated labelling and relabelling. The 100-count supply supports long-term projects without frequent reordering. Recyclable material allows responsible disposal when folders reach end of life.

Questions about this item

How do I insert papers into the 1/3-cut tab folders without tearing the tab?

Open the folder fully, align the letter-size sheets against the bottom fold, then close the cover; forcing pages in while the folder is flat bends the scored tab crease.

When will the manila paper need replacing?

Replace individual folders when the paper edges fray, the tab tears, or the fold no longer holds documents flat; the 100-count box provides spares for high-turnover files.

What is the first limit reached when folders stay full for months?

The 6.03-ounce manila stock gradually relaxes at the centre crease, so heavily loaded folders lose rigidity before the tab or paper surface fails.
