The Guermok Z72A-jp is a USB 3.0 HDMI capture device that records 4K at 60 fps and passes the same signal through to a display. A 3.5 mm audio input and microphone output let you mix external sound into the stream without extra hardware. The silver aluminium body measures 5.03 in x 2.91 in x 0.83 in and weighs 0.1 lb.

For creators using Switch 2 PS5 Xbox or PC

Streamers and content makers who need driver-free capture on Windows 7 through 11 macOS Linux Android 5.0+ or PadOS 17+ will benefit from the plug-and-play design. The included USB-A to USB-C adapter covers both port types. Buyers who require internal PCIe capture or professional SDI connections should look at a different class of device.

USB 3.0 bandwidth for 4K60 capture

The single specification that decides fit is the USB 3.0 interface, which delivers the throughput needed for MJPEG 4K at 60 Hz YUY2 4K at 25 Hz and XRGB 1080p at 60 Hz. A USB 2.0 port drops the maximum capture to 1080p so the host must provide USB 3.0 or higher.
