HP EliteBook 850 G8 for mobile professionals

This 15.6-inch laptop ships with Windows 11 Pro and an Intel Core i7 1185G7 quad-core processor running at 3.0 GHz. Sixteen gigabytes of DDR4 memory and a 256 GB NVMe SSD provide responsive multitasking and fast boot times. Integrated Intel Iris Xe graphics handle everyday visual tasks on the 1920 x 1080 FHD display.

Check ports and cosmetic expectations before

The unit offers two Thunderbolt 4 ports, one USB 3.2 Gen 1 port, one USB 3.1 Gen 1 port and an HDMI output for external displays. Wireless connectivity uses Intel AX201 Wi-Fi with Bluetooth 5.2. Grade B condition means visible scratches, shiny keycaps or minor screen blemishes are present; overly worn parts have been replaced.

Thermals noise and power in daily use

The 12 MB cache processor and shared-memory graphics keep heat output moderate during office workloads. Fan noise stays low for typical productivity tasks and web browsing. The included charger powers the system and charges the battery; sustained heavy loads will increase both temperature and fan speed.
