The device includes a large-scale high-sensitivity microphone and an AGC system for intelligent noise reduction. It connects via USB 2.0 and OTG for file transfer.

Suitable users

This recorder suits professionals who need long-distance pickup up to 60 meters and voice-activated recording to save storage. It supports timed recording, timed shutdown, variable-speed playback, and A-B repeat for transcription work. Buyers requiring wireless file transfer or smartphone app control should look elsewhere as the device relies on a wired USB connection.

Questions about this item

Does the E666 have a built-in microphone or do I need an external one?

The E666 includes a large-scale high-sensitivity microphone for 60M voice pickup and AGC auto noise reduction, so no external mic is required.

Can I play back recordings on my older computer that only has USB 2.0 ports?

Yes, the E666 connects via USB 2.0 OTG, so it works directly with USB 2.0 ports for file transfer and charging.

How do I confirm the E666 is recording at the advertised 384Kbps SHQ quality?

Check the recording format setting on the device — it records in WAV at 384Kbps SHQ, and the timestamp display shows active recording status.
